i found the staff to be very helpful. they quickly arranged for my left items to be sent to me in the netherlands (so thoughtful!). the breakfast was delicious, i enjoyed the variety of options they had. public transport was near, it made getting around super easy.

the air conditioning was not working the best (room was too hot).

the hotel is near public transportation options, this made it very convenient to explore. the city center is a comfortable walk away, i liked being able to easily access all attractions. the proximity to everything was a plus (easy for sightseeing!).

breakfast included a really nice and varied buffet. there were several choices and everything tasted delicious (especially the pastries!). i also tried the on-site restaurant, and found the quality high. overall, i enjoyed dining at the hotel.

i found all the staff members were friendly and efficient. the check-in process was smooth and fast. whenever i needed assistance, they were ready to help. their excellent attitude really enhanced my experience.

The staff was amazing. i found the beds comfortable, always a plus. the location was also quiet. I could relax well. the breakfast had a lot of variety!!!
